Spring Time Notice Spring has arrived, and yard work is in full swing. When you are removing yard waste, remember to contact Public Works to request debris pickup. Collection runs from April - October, on the first and third Wednesdays. Please be aware that runoff from mulch and stone during storms, heavy rains, and wind can damage our roads. Please contain driveway stone and mulch on your property. Pull mulch back 18 inches from the road. Installing landscaping timbers is the most effective solution for this problem.
We aim to provide excellent, cost-effective, and responsive management on behalf of our members.
Architectural Review
Cohesive Aesthetics
The Middle Island Architectural Review Committee (MI ARC) follows Design Guidelines that set basic requirements that support the aims of the Middle Island Covenants. The Guidelines promote a harmonious community through aesthetics, conservation consciousness, and a uniform review process.
The MIPOA is made up of Committees, Volunteers, Working Groups and Board Members. You can be part of our community leaders and help support MIPOA and keep your community strong.
Your Association identified many of these projects as needed during our due diligence prior to turnover. Much of the funding came from the transfer payment that Young Entities made to the Association at closing.
The new Board was elected, the revised bylaws passed and issues affecting all Property Owners were discussed. You can read the newsletters and transition documents leading up to the turnover
