About the docks
The nine (9) slips are only available to Middle Island Property Owners and are on a
first come first served basis such that no slips are permanently reserved for an individual Property Owner. The Marina Slips have fresh water for washdown purposes but there is no electric power outlets on the floating docks. In addition small boats which can be launched with golf carts can be stored on a trailer on the Marina Parking Lot and canoes and kayaks can be stored on near by racks.
Assessments for Dockage and/or Storage are as follows:• Annual Unlimited Dockage with, if necessary, Storage on Marina Lot $2,000• Ramp and Storage on Marina Lot With 30 Days Dockage $1,000• 30 days Dockage $ 600• Boats Screened and Stored at Home with 30 Days Dockage $ 750• Annual Canoe/Kayak/Storage on Rack $ 35• Additional Docking in Excess of 30 Days $20.00 per day
